ย In the UK, more than half of the calories that the average person eats come from UPFs and this amount is even higher amongst children and adolescents ๐Ÿ˜ณ.

ย Do you know that consumption of UPFs are associated with an increased risk of many diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and dementia?

Did you know that margarine and most breakfast cereals are classified as UPF ๐Ÿ˜ฑ?!

The Benefits of Whole Food

In contrast, diets rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods increase our likelihood of living longer and lower our risk of developing chronic health conditions ๐Ÿ’š.
