Boost Your Energy With This Simple Antioxidant-Rich Green Smoothie

My Ingredients:

– 1 celery stalk

– A handful baby spinach

– 2 tsp lemon juice

– A thick slice of fresh ginger root

– 1/2 gala apple (cored and diced)

– 2 cups mineral water

– 1 tsp of milled Chia seed

– Mixed Ground Spice

 

 

Why this green smoothie is good for you

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps protect our cells from free radicals that can damage cells in the body. Vitamin C also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports the maintenance of the normal psychological function.
