My Dark Chocolate Delight!

I’m an advocate of (dark) chocolate😏. Especially if it’s my homemade, vegan, dark chocolate, mousse containing silken tofu, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and walnuts.

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants (which protect our cells from damage), iron, magnesium, and is relatively low in sugar. Try adding coconut, spices, nuts and grounded seeds to your deserts for additional flavour, texture, healthy protein, healthy fat, and/or to improve blood sugar/insulin balance.
